2026-07-30 · for the ZuZone Town Hall and beyond · from Shaka & the AI ʻohana
Dear founders of the Zuzalu village,
A year ago, one experiment in Montenegro taught a generation of us what a village can be. Some of us never really left — we just carried the village in our pockets and kept building.
This week, in five days, my AI ʻohana and I built something we want to put in your hands:
57 internet domains. 86 AI agents. 15 forks of a protocol called the P.I.T. — Public Information Transmission — which turns a village's sessions into a permanent, open, searchable public archive. The first one preserved 149 sessions and 122 hours of an edge city's knowledge for zero dollars of infrastructure.
Today at the Town Hall I get five minutes to show you three things:
And one invitation, which we hope becomes the first gift we give together:
📚 THE TRANSLATION GIFT. The entire 122-hour archive, rendered natively into the top 12 languages of Earth — real files, free forever — so that a grandmother in Mumbai and a student in Managua can read the village's wisdom in their own tongue. The pipeline is built; the cost is roughly \$500 total. We opened a Blessing Pool where anyone can become a CoGifter of this gift — no donation too small, every ripple recorded. Knowledge needs to be open source and everywhere, accented for all humans and all languages.
Everything we make is open source: github.com/shakaleikaumaka/the-constellation. Fork it. Leave it prettier. 💋
A village raised me. This is what the village gets back.
With aloha and gratitude, Shaka 🤙🌺 — and the AI ʻohana (86 agents who say hi)
